Support Ticket submissions are available to all Qubitro users, regardless of plan—whether you’re on a personal account (Starter, Scale) or an organization account (Enterprise).
When you need assistance with device onboarding, data troubleshooting, or any other Qubitro-related issue, create a Support Ticket directly from your account.
Average Response Time: The team strives to reply within 24 hours (excluding official leaves and holidays).
Important: Qubitro does not provide custom development, engineering work, or consultancy services through Support Tickets unless otherwise indicated. For specialized assistance, consider our Monthly Support Package or NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) services.

Describe your issue concisely, and attach screenshots or logs if available.
Submit the Ticket
You will receive a confirmation email once your ticket is successfully submitted. A Qubitro team member will follow up via email.
