How to Access Personal Account Settings
You can access Personal Account Settings in two ways:
Option 1:
Click your name at the top left of the Qubitro Portal.
Click the 'Settings' tab.
Option 2:
Click your avatar on the top right.
Select 'Settings'.
Manage personal details, timezone, and account status.
User ID
• Your unique identifier for API interactions.
• This cannot be changed.
Profile Photo
• Click the avatar to upload a custom image.
Your Name
• Update your first and last name.
• Click Save after making changes.
Your Email
• Displayed but cannot be edited.
Created At
• Shows the account creation date.
Timezone
• Select a preferred timezone from the dropdown.
• Click Save to confirm.
Delete Account
⚠️ Warning: This action is irreversible.
• Click Delete Account to permanently remove all data.
Manage authentication and password settings.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
• Click Activate to enable 2FA.
• Follow the steps to link an authenticator app.
Change Password
1. Enter Old Password.
2. Set a New Password (must be 8+ characters with a special character and uppercase letter).
3. Confirm the new password and click Update Password.
4. Click I forgot my password if needed.
View plan details, usage, and payment methods.
Current Plan
• Displays active subscription type.
• Shows billing cycle, projects, devices, and function limits.
Change Plan
• Click Change Plan to upgrade or downgrade.
Payment Methods
• Add or remove credit cards (up to three).
• Set a default payment method.
Balance History
• Track pre-payments and adjustments to your account.
Promo Codes
• Apply a discount code if available.
View and download past invoices.
Download Invoices
Click the Download icon next to any invoice.

I didn’t receive my password reset or verification email.
Check your spam/junk folder and ensure that noreply@qubitro.com is not blocked. If the email is still missing, try requesting it again.
Do I need a credit card for the Starter plan?
No. The Starter plan is free, and adding a credit card is not required.
How can I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Qubitro Portal login page.
2. Click Forgot password? below the Log in button.
3. Enter your registered email address and submit the request.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder and ensure that noreply@qubitro.com is not blocked.
5. Click the reset link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
6. Once updated, return to the Qubitro Portal login page and sign in with your new password.
I cannot delete my account.
If your account has outstanding payments, deletion is restricted until the balance is cleared. Multiple unsuccessful attempts may result in a temporary account block. Once an account is blocked, it cannot be reactivated without making the payment first. Ensure all payments are settled before trying again.
I want to downgrade from Scale to Starter, but it’s not working.
Before downgrading from Scale to Starter, the platform will attempt to charge any outstanding usage fees automatically. If the payment is successful, the downgrade will be processed.
